Industry knowledge:
Why does stainless steel screw rust?
(1) There are dust or metal particles on the surface of stainless steel screw. In humid air, water vapor will form a micro battery with it, which will cause electrochemical reaction and destroy the protective film of stainless steel screw. This is electrochemical corrosion.
(2) The surface of stainless steel customized screw adheres to the juice containing organic matter, which forms organic acid under the action of oxygen and water vapor, and will corrode the screw surface for a long time.
(3) The surface of stainless steel screw adhered with acid, salt and alkali, which caused local corrosion on the surface of stainless steel screw.
