PINGOOD has always kept doing more work in product quality control. We have gathered outstanding engineers, production workers, and inspectors in the industry so that we can solve the difficulties of customers in a timely and rapid manner and ensure that the products can be successfully produced and delivered as scheduled. 120 persons of the team work together to create satisfactory products of the customers.

PINGOOD will inspect each batch of raw materials, including the material content, hardness, torque, as well as Rohs and SGS inspections. With an excellent storage environment, we can formulate different storage life cycles according to the properties of different materials, and regularly review the condition of their materials. In this way, we can make sure to provide you with high-quality and high-performance parts. We will make a standardized record of each batch of raw materials, and the finished products will correspond to the raw material batch number one by one, so as to achieve the traceability of the materials.

During the production process, the production status and products of each machine will be inspected regularly. The inspection is carried out once every hour. Workers will record the real-time situation in a file. Once an abnormal situation is discovered, we will promptly correct it to avoid problems.

We also have a sound quality assurance system and measurement system, and implement the QMS standard requirements of the automotive industry. With customer concern as the focus, we enhance customer satisfaction through process improvement. Our company is the first in the industry that has passed the IATF16949 certification. In order to better guarantee the quality of products, our company has introduced internationally advanced CCD optical screening equipment and used it as a key post in the full inspection section before shipment. It makes full use of the optical principles to perform 100% inspection on the shape, size and function of all precision parts, with an inspection accuracy of 0.008mm, thus being the best choice to achieve “zero defect” products.
